We use your information only to run the Works Setu platform:

  • Match workers with the right job listings in their industry and location.
  • Show employers verified worker profiles relevant to their requirements.
  • Send you important notifications about jobs, applications, or platform updates.
  • Verify identities manually to keep the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone.

3Who Can See Your Profile

If you are a worker, your profile is visible only to employers who are registered and verified on Works Setu. If you are an employer, your job listing is visible to workers in your industry. We never display your phone number publicly, all contact happens through the app only.

4Do We Share Your Data?

We never sell your personal data. We only share your information with:

  • Technology providers who help us run the app (under strict confidentiality agreements).
  • Authorities if required by Indian law.

5Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • See the information we hold about you.
  • Correct any wrong information in your profile at any time.
  • Delete your account and all your data, just contact us and we will remove it within 7 days.
